Q: How can I order customized invitations? 
A: Send an email to BrandiCreations13@gmail.com with the occasion, theme, what you would like written, quantity, date you would like the order. There will be a $10 service fee for proofs of a few samples and if the order is placed it will be applied to the total balance. 
Q: I have a retail store and would like to carry your cards. How can I order from you? 
A: Send an email with the questions under the wholesale tab. 
Q: What are your turnaround time for customized card(s) or invitations? 
A: O nce the proof is approved by you, the customer, it will take 4-6 weeks due to having to order paper. 
Q: What is your order cancellation policy for custom printed items? 
A: Once the proof has been approved, there will be an incurred cancellation fee of $50
